I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2009 and began my nursing career in Florida in 2010. My first role was in an acute rehab/nursing home while pregnant with my third child. Shortly after, I transitioned into hospital bedside nursing, where I continued to work while having my fourth, fifth, and sixth children.

With each child’s arrival, my eyes opened further to the gaps and limitations within Western medicine.

In 2011, while working at the rehab facility, I wore a frequency bracelet daily. One day, a patient with HIV asked me for it. I gave it to him—and just months later, he walked out of that facility HIV-free and without the PEG tube that had once kept him alive. That moment was my turning point.

In 2012, I began studying frequencies and holistic healing modalities. I explored the benefits of metals like electrolytes, copper, and silver, immersed myself in daily meditation, and listened to targeted frequencies. I noticed a powerful truth: my external world mirrored my inner state of mind.

By 2015, I was helping others who had been failed by conventional healthcare. I spoke out publicly about the harmful side effects of the flu vaccine in 2019 and stepped fully into my work as a holistic health nurse, serving hundreds of clients both locally and virtually.

Today, through Carpe Diem Nursing Sovereign, I help people restore balance and vitality using the ultimate healer—frequencies.
